Topical Review – Yann Mambrini: « Producing Quanta in the Early Universe »

In this seminar, I propose to review the various mechanisms involved in the production of matter and radiation in the early Universe, starting from the period of inflation. I will discuss the roles played by the inflaton, spectator fields, and primordial black holes. I will focus in particular on the gravitational production of particles, as well as its consequences for primordial gravitational waves.
