Tribute to Rodolphe Clédassou

Rodolphe Clédassou, IN2P3’s Deputy Technical Director, passed away on 11 June.

Rodolphe came to IN2P3 4 years ago from CNES, where he was project leader for 10 years on EUCLID.
He invested himself fully in his role thanks to his incredible work ethic and his human qualities.
He liked the IN2P3 staff, and was very present in the laboratories – many of us had the opportunity to talk or work with him.
Passionate about science and the projects we were working on, his visits to the IP2I were always pleasant and constructive, filled with sometimes lively discussions.
We will treasure the memory of this open-minded, inquisitive and sincere personality, who brought so much to the Institute in the space of four years.

The IP2I is in mourning and our thoughts are with his family and friends.
