Nicolas Leroy: Multi-messenger astronomy for the next 2 decades

10 October 2023 @ 11 h 00 min - 12 h 00 min

In the next 10-20 years, multi-messenger astrophysics (including gravitational waves, neutrinos and electromagnetic radiations) will benefit from a new generation of instruments observing the Universe. The correlations between these detectors will shade new lights on numerous subjects. In this talk, I will discuss some of the studies which will be made possible thanks to the multi-messenger sky.Seminar by Nicolas Leroy (IJCLab), organised in the framework of the CNRS/IP2I Prospectives. =================Open to all IP2I members, as well as UCBL and CNRS students and collaborators. More information on seminars: https://intranet.ip2i.in2p3.fr/vie-scientifique/seminaires-ip2iIP2I agenda: https://www.ip2i.in2p3.fr/agendav2/
