Cristal collectifMembers of the Laboratoire des MatĂ©riaux AvancĂ©s (LMA) of the Institut des 2 infinis de Lyon (IP2I) are awarded a crystal for Les miroirs parfaits de la recherche d’ondes gravitationnelles.

 

Each year, the CNRS Talent Awards celebrate researchers and staff who make an outstanding contribution to the institution’s dynamism and reputation. Among these medals, the collective crystal distinguishes teams of women and men, research support staff, who have carried out projects whose technical mastery, collective dimension, applications, innovation and influence are particularly remarkable.

In 2022, eleven staff members of the Laboratoire des Matériaux Avancés of the Institut de Physique des 2 Infinis are honored for their involvement in the collective project: The Perfect Mirrors of Gravitational Wave Research.
